Every technology project succeeds or fails based on people. I've spent 15 years making sure it succeeds.

I started my career leading large-scale ERP and digital transformation programs for global organizations — from Roche to mid-market companies across Europe. What I learned early: technology is never the hardest part.

The hardest part is getting people to actually use it, believe in it, and make it theirs. That's Change Management. And today, AI is transforming what's possible in that space.
